Infinium has built and operated commercial-scale eFuels production, is building the largest facility of its kind, and has more than a dozen projects in development across the United States, Europe, Japan, Australia and Southeast Asia.

Every project starts with a carbon source and a power source in the same place.

An Infinium project needs three things to work: a concentrated stream of waste carbon or methane, enough renewable power to run the plant, and a customer for the fuel. Site selection is the whole game, which is why Infinium develops alongside industrial hosts and power developers rather than picking greenfield sites and hoping the feedstock arrives.

Project Pathfinder

Operating

Pathfinder, in Corpus Christi, Texas, is the world's first commercial-scale power-to-liquids eFuels facility. It began production in 2023 and has been running since, which gives it the longest commercial operating record of any facility of its kind.

The site sits next to a Howard Energy Partners facility, which supplies the carbon dioxide that feeds the process. Renewable power comes from regional wind and solar. Product goes out as eDiesel to Amazon's delivery operations, eNaphtha to Borealis for low-carbon plastics, and eSAF — which in August 2026 powered the first US commercial passenger flight on electrofuel, from Corpus Christi International to Dallas Fort Worth.

Project Roadrunner

Under construction

Roadrunner, in Reeves County near Pecos in West Texas, is expected to be the largest eFuels production facility in the world when it comes online. Construction began in May 2025.

The project converts an existing gas-to-liquids facility into a fully integrated power-to-liquids plant, using CO₂ streams from area processing operations that are currently vented to atmosphere. It is also where Infinium is building the world's largest electrically heated steam reformer. Renewable generation is being purpose-built in West Texas for the site. Output is contracted to American Airlines and to IAG, owner of British Airways and Aer Lingus, under long-term take-or-pay agreements — the kind of financeable contract the industry needs to scale.

Project Atlas

In development

Atlas is Infinium's third eSAF development, and the largest. In April 2026 it was selected as the winner of the Sustainable Aviation Buyers Alliance next-generation SAF procurement, chosen from more than a dozen competing advanced biofuel and eSAF projects through a multi-stage technical, environmental, financial and operational review.

The project is designed for roughly 100,000 tonnes a year of eSAF, targeting a 95 per cent carbon intensity reduction against fossil jet fuel. American Airlines will take physical delivery. It builds directly on what Pathfinder and Roadrunner proved: that this can be built, financed and run.

Outside the United States

Mo i Rana, Norway

Infinium is developing an eFuels project at Mo Industrial Park in Mo i Rana, producing primarily eSAF. Carbon dioxide comes from SMA Mineral's Zero Emission Quick Lime facility at the same park, which electrifies lime burning using renewable power and extracts a pure CO₂ stream as a result — so no separate carbon capture unit is required. Northern Norway supplies the renewable electricity.

Southeast Asia

In April 2026 eFuels SEA, Ltd. launched in Singapore as a dedicated development platform for the region, licensing Infinium technology to build commercial-scale eSAF and other eFuels facilities across Southeast Asia. It is the clearest example of the licensing model at work: Infinium supplies the process, catalyst and equipment, and a regional developer brings the sites, the feedstock relationships and the local capital.
